Final deliverables become client property after full payment. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio.
c) Third-Party Tools
Some services use third-party tools, themes, or plugins which are subject to their own respective licenses.
6Revisions & Scope Changes
Revisions are limited to the agreed scope. Additional changes may incur extra charges. Major scope changes require a revised agreement.
7Project Timelines
Timelines depend on client cooperation and timely approvals. Madsun Media is not responsible for delays caused by external factors or client delays.
8No Guarantee of Results
While we strive for the best outcomes, we do not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, sales volume, or advertising performance.
9Limitation of Liability
Madsun Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or third-party failures. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
10Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not share sensitive information unless required by law.
11Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated, payments are missed, or unethical activities occur. Clients may terminate services as per our Refund Policy.
12Third-Party Services
We may recommend third-party services (hosting, gateways). We are not responsible for their performance or policies.
13Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.
