This means:

• The contractual obligation to provide refunds lies with UPLEF FZ-LLC.
• All refund requests are subject to approval and processing by UPLEF FZ-LLC.
• Madsun Media serves as a facilitator, coordinating communication between the client and the Merchant of Record.

2. General Refund Principle

Due to the customized and resource-intensive nature of our digital services, Madsun Media operates on a no-refund policy once services have been rendered or resources have been allocated.

However, we are committed to fair and transparent practices and may consider refund requests under specific and verifiable circumstances as outlined below.

3. Service-Specific Refund Policies

3.1 Custom Development & Design Services

Before Project Commencement: A full refund of any upfront deposit will be issued if written cancellation is received before project kickoff and before any work has begun.

After Project Commencement: No refunds will be issued for completed work. For terminated projects, clients will be billed for work completed up to that point at the agreed project rates.

3.2 Digital Marketing Services

Monthly Services: No refunds for partial months. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Pre-paid Campaigns: No refunds once campaigns have been launched or media spend has been allocated.

3.3 Subscription Services

Monthly Plans: You may cancel at any time. There are no partial refunds, and service access continues until the end of the billing period.

Annual Plans: Eligible for a 30-day full refund guarantee. No refunds are issued after 30 days of subscription activation.

3.4 Digital Products

No refunds are available for downloadable products, templates, or software once they have been delivered or accessed.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and situations are strictly non-refundable:

• Completed and accepted deliverables
• Domain registration or renewal fees
• Third-party software or license purchases
• Stock images, videos, or fonts acquired on your behalf
• Hours expended on time-and-materials projects
• Project delays resulting from client inaction, late feedback, or access issues

5. How to Request Cancellation or Refund

5.1 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription in one of the following ways:

• Through your client portal, or

5.2 Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please submit a written request including:

• Your full name and business details
• Relevant invoice number(s)
• A detailed reason for the refund
• Any supporting documentation

• Acknowledgment: Within 2 business days

• Refund Processing (if approved): Within 10–14 business days

6. Approved Refunds

For approved refund requests:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Bank or payment processor timelines may affect when funds appear in your account.
