1General Policy
All payments made to Madsun Media are subject to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. Since our services involve time, effort, strategy, and digital execution, refunds are limited and depend on the stage of the project.
2Website Development Services
a) Advance Payments
All projects require an advance payment (usually 30%–50%) to begin work. This advance payment is non-refundable.
b) After Work Has Started
Once the project has begun, no full refunds will be issued. Partial refunds may be considered only if work has not significantly progressed.
c) Cancellation
Before work starts: Partial refund (excluding fees). After work starts: No refund for completed work. Major progress: No refund.
3Digital Marketing Services
Payments for SEO, Ads, and Social Media are non-refundable once the campaign has started. No guarantees are made for rankings, ad performance, or lead results. Work already completed will be billed if canceled.
4Ecommerce & Custom Projects
Custom development work is non-refundable once development begins. Milestone payments are non-refundable once the corresponding milestone has been completed and delivered.
5Subscription-Based Services
For monthly services (SEO, maintenance): Cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds for the current billing period.
6Delays & Client Responsibilities
Refunds will not be issued if delays occur due to:
- Missing client content/materials
- Lack of communication
- Delayed approvals
- Third-party platform issues
7Payment Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without contacting us first. We are committed to resolving issues professionally and finding a mutual solution.
8Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered if Madsun Media is unable to deliver the agreed service or if there is a proven total failure from our side. These are reviewed individually.
