The Challenge
A Bangalore physiotherapy clinic was generating the majority of new patient enquiries from Practo and JustDial. Lead quality was inconsistent, cost per booked consultation was high, and the clinic had no owned digital presence worth the name — no Google Business Profile, an outdated website, and fewer than 15 Google reviews.
