The Challenge
A Melbourne sustainable fashion brand with a strong product and genuine ethical credentials, but a paid media strategy that was entirely reliant on broad Meta campaigns with deteriorating ROAS. Google Shopping had never been set up properly — the product feed had title and attribute errors, no seasonal segmentation existed, and the brand had no email retention strategy beyond a basic welcome series. Our Solution
