Perth Healthcare Clinic — 4-System Integration
A Perth allied health clinic with 12 practitioners was running four separate systems — an online booking platform, a billing system, Medicare claiming software, and a CRM for patient follow-ups — with zero automation between them. Reception staff were manually copying patient data between all four systems, consuming 15+ hours per week and generating frequent billing errors.
We built a custom integration layer connecting all four systems with bidirectional data sync. When a patient books online, their details flow automatically to the CRM and billing system. After each appointment, completed invoices are automatically submitted to Medicare and reconciled against payments. Follow-up sequences trigger in the CRM based on appointment type.
