Our Solution
We rebuilt the storefront on a custom Shopify 2.0 theme with age verification, mixed-dozen and by-the-case bundling, and a recurring wine-club subscription. We embedded Afterpay and Zip on every product page, connected live Australia Post and Sendle rates with accurate interstate wine-shipping rules, and ran a performance pass that took mobile load to 1.4 seconds.
